1. Businesses for Sale, "the company" is a company that sells businesses and websites and URL's. It sells it's own websites and also acts as an agent to introduce buyers of businesses for it's customers in return for commission.

2. The money back guarantee covers businesses that the buyer purchases from the company only, and not that of any of the company's customers where it acts as an agent only.

3. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify all facts relating to agency sales and it is agreed that the company has no responsibility in these sales.

4. The company will introduce potential buyers or their agents and the website seller agrees to pay the company commission on the sale of the website and/or related business including all extras such as stock and/or any other material asset, tangible or otherwise.

5. Websites and/or website businesses are sold with verified page one rankings on search engines. it is agreed that the company is not responsible for the rankings for any website sold if the buyer changes or alters the website, code, script, images, graphics, hosting, or pages etc.

6. Where credit has been approved, the company's credit terms are 14 days from date

of invoice and the customer agrees to pay interest of 4% per month in respect of fees

7. Maintenance contracts are for a minimum of 12 months and renewed annually. Notice of termination must be given in writing by either the company or the customer to be received at least one month before renewal.

8. It is agreed that any dispute or grievance between the company and the client shall be settled by arbitration either in The Slough County Court or by the Arbitration Service Offices in London SW1 with each party responsible for their own legal costs.
